Andy Taylor
Managing Director and Founder of the Company

Andy started the company in 1983, with just one other electrician and an apprentice. Andy himself was an apprentice for a large local company for five years and then on the tools for fifteen years. Having mounds of experience has helped to assist Andy as a company director. Andy is involved with all aspects of the company and this hands on approach has allowed the company to be so successful.

Paula Taylor
Director/ Company Secretary

Paula has worked as the company secretary since the business began back in 1983. She has over twenty-four years experience of managing the paperwork that is involved in the company. Paula’s great management skills and positive attitude have allowed the company to flow so smoothly for so many years.

John Smith
Senior Contracts Manager

John Started working for A J Taylor where he had hands on experience with the larger contracts. John then came to work in the office where he became a contracts manager/ estimator. To date John manages contracts from £20,000 to £1,000,000 and overlooks the estimating and general running of that department. John is our NICEIC qualifying supervisor who is also City & Guilds qualified and AutoCAD approved.

Luke Crossley
Contracts Manager

Luke joined A J Taylor as an apprentice electrician. In 2002 Luke joined the office team to assist John Smith with the estimating. He is now a contracts manager, which involves overseeing new contracts and ensuring that all works are carried out to a high standard. Luke is an NICEIC qualifying supervisor, who is AutoCAD approved and City & Guilds qualified.

Anthony Tristram
Contracts Manager

Anthony joined the company as an apprentice electrician. He has recently been appointed as contracts manager. This involves supervising the smooth running of the smaller contracts and the domestic and commercial works.

Christian Cambridge
Senior Estimator

Christian joined A J Taylor last year, as a senior estimator. His role is being in charge of all the Estimating.
